Cornerstone is an inter-denominational group of Christian singles 55+ who are looking to do life together in a safe environment. We realize that our Christian beliefs, along with opportunities to talk, share, eat, and have fun, can make a difference in our lives and attitudes. Sundays we meet 10:30-noon @Mariners Church, Irvine, in room 200 in the life development building, to share God's words through various speakers and programs. We often volunteer to serve others, such as the homeless, underprivileged, and the marines at Camp Pendleton. Some bowl at Tustin Lanes at 11am most 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, then do lunch. Bikers ride Saturdays am in the Newport Beach area, followed by breakfast. We have a fun potluck/game night at 6:30 pm every 2nd Sat. of the month. We have various activities on the 1st Friday of the month. Some of us party, dance, go to movies, concerts, the theater, and eat together several times a month. If you thirst for knowledge, have spiritual needs, want to participate in activities, or just yearn to talk and eat with new friends, come and join us. We may just be your cup of tea!
We also have a website (parts still under construction) at www.cornerstonesingles55plus.org so check us out there too!
