We are an all-ages women-only group that's been active since June 2010. The purpose of this group is to meet active members who enjoy making cards to meet socially and do group planned activities that can be taught by the members, or just have open "free for all" card making events where everybody brings their own projects and we eat some food. (BTW: We are not responsible for you gaining weight while attending out meetups!)
We are mostly a card making group, but also post other crafty events including food, sewing, yarn, painting, etc. We also have social outings including trying new restaurants, shop-n-dine events, and going for high tea at various locations throughout SoCal.
I am an independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. I host a year-long class series which meets every other month. If you are interested in classes (series or individual), let me know. This year I will be posting small fee-based classes/ gatherings. The funds collected assist with Meetup fees and supplies. Any/ all donations are always accepted/ appreciated.
Most meet-ups are hosted in my private home in Anaheim. There is a dog in the house, so please take your meds if allergic. For the safety of the group we do require that a real picture of you as your profile picture. We are a women's group and a lot of events are hosted in my house, so we need to know who you are before you show up on our doorstep. Therefore, if you do not have a real photo of yourself, your request may be declined.
Please note that we recently changed to be an even smaller and more personalized group of 50 or less members. I just removed a lot of inactive members so please feel free to join and tell your friends. If space is not available, your membership may be pending until space is available and you may be removed sooner if you are not active. If you have any questions or ideas please feel free contact me!
