Love to hike. Hitting 60 & having asthma hasn't stopped me. Made it to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro (Tanzania, Africa) just before my 55th birthday. It's the world's tallest hikeable mountain. Have led nearly 100 hikes with other groups.
Have bookmarked many hiking groups....was a member several years ago
strenuous fast paced 10+ mile hikes
Didn't know this was a Sierra Club hike. Wish the leader would have been clearer w/his rules. Overall an enjoyable hike though.
There is a really good info about autoimmune and inflammation issues on The Susanne Show (http://www.thesuzanneshow.tv). Check out Episode 10; segment "Life Extension Inflammation".
Based on the information on the show, I researched the related supplements and found “Swanson Premium Full Spectrum Boswellia and Curcumin” - http://www.swansonvitamins.com/swanso....
Taking the supplement before/after a strenuous hike makes the difference!
Ahoy, Jayne. Thanks for leading the hike this AM.
oh I did not know it was for 3 nights let me cancel
Hi Jayne - I miss hiking! I am so busy, in nutrition school, starting a new business and getting my house ready to put on the market. I'm going to try to take off a Saturday or Sunday to go hiking with you soon.
Jayne- sorry to miss hike butneed to head back to long island
Your volunteer service is commendable. Well done! I must have agreed to attend by accident. These iPads can be sensitive much like the fairer sex! :) I look forward to meeting up with you guys one day as I really need to hike more often. Thanks for noticing my absence.
I'm sorry for the no show this morning. I had a family emergency come up. Sorry for the
inconvenience this has caused you. I look forward to hiking with you in the future.
