A rough meal plan for the weekend is still in the works. Please contact Alethea with any special meal requests or dietary concerns at [masked].  Know that Alethea uses a Seventh-Day Adventist dietary plan (e.g. no pork).  Sunday and Monday breakfast will be continental style, while Saturday will be a Japanese Breakfast and traditional tea ceremony (served by Alethea, and possibly one other…though… don’t expect fancy plates, lol).  Lunch for Saturday and Sunday will be a sandwich bar and veggie/fruit platter.  Dinner will be cooked.  If you have any suggestions or want to cook a specific meal, please let Alethea know ahead of time.

are we in costume for this?

    February 4, 2013

    • @kungfubarber

We have a "knighting"ceremony for the people to recognize some of the members time and commitment in the Jedi path. There are people in costume for that. We also have opportunities for group photos and having a costume would add to the spirit of the event. Last year we had a professional photographer who works in a major magazine take group and action shots of us.

Please remember to go to www.JediResourceCenter.org to OFFICIALLY register. This meetup announcement is only meant to inform you of the event.

Saying YES to attending here does not register you to the Gathering.
