Joe, I honestly don't think all the people that RSVP'd will show, I do think that setting up a sort of raffle or something that allows us to 'guess the number' of attendees would be cool

The number of people who have RSVPed for this event exceeds the capacity of our venue @ Hub Atlanta. We will try to accommodate as many as possible, but I suggest arriving early if you wish to attend. Per my comment below, we would be happy to setup an overflow tent if someone has access to one.

Wow...what a great response! Does anyone have access to a large tent that we can setup in the back parking lot at Hub Atlanta?

We're going to do our best to accommodate for any event overflow. Our thought was to broadcast the live stream of the event and setup a bar for those that arrive late after we reach capacity. We want to ensure an opportunity for networking and make room for everyone interested!

Tom, there is no official RSVP sign-up. We're basing numbers on those who have shown interest on this Mashable Meetup site with the understanding that everyone never shows up. If half of those that RSVP'ed actually attended, it would still be a pretty full venue.

I'm just going to stand outside with a jukebox, just like in "Say Anything," except blaring crunk hits instead of 80s poseur music. Which will be like any other night, except all you guys will be there this time. So win!
