1. head over to gardens,
2. then walk all the way to the south end (Isetan)
3. you will notice a glass door on the right side of Isetan, go through it
4. keep walking (outside) south till you reach the last tower
5. go in, register and head up to the 7th floor.
good luck finding you way there. just post a comment if you get lost.
