And yes, the venue is fixed (thanks a zillion to The Westin Hotel Tokyo in Ebisu) and yes, most of the speakers are confirmed, so we are about to go live soon now.
As for language, the main language will be English (global aspect) but some speakers will present in Japanese and whereever possible, we will provide Japanese via the present participants. Thanks for helping spread virally the word of this event!

We have almost the program ready and hope to have confirmations from the speakers asap as well

Anyone ideas for a venue, centrally located, hold up to max 100 people, wireless internet needed, any kind of input is appreciated
preferably free of charge or max budget 30K jpy

As we would like to avoid to organize just another drinking gathering (there are already many enough in Tokyo), we would like to approach this social media day a bit more practical and learning style. Volunteers can contact us to help organize the study seminar/summit style with some drinks afterwards
