Join Massimo and discover one of the most Mediterranean regions of Italy, Puglia! In this region you will find Greek, French and Spanish influence, in fact, it is said that the diet of Puglia is considered the one of the best by many Europeans given its perfect mix of meat, fish and vegetables and of course, some of the best Olive Oil's in the world.

Puglia is dependent upon its argricultural roots which are expressed in it's Cucina Povera", the Poor Cuisine, made from inexpensive, home grown ingredients that are full of flavour and diversity. Don't miss this event, Massimo will at the top of his game as he teaches you the secrects of his family recipes.

Sample menu for the event; eggplant rolls, homemade cavatelli pasta with rapini, sea salt crusted Spigola, stuffed meatballs with mozzarella and ricotta lemon cake. You are invited to bring along your own wine to enjoy along with the meal you will prepare.

Cost: $90 per person plus HST
