Enjoy this Special and first Toronto "Al Fresco" supper club with a special guest, Gaia Massai, olive oil and wine producer of her Family Farm "Fattoria di San Quintino" in Tuscany.
Gaia will introduce us to some great tips of Olive oil use and also of her loved region of Tuscany, nothing better than an "Al fresco" environment to celebrate the Toscana region.
She distributes her "Gaia's plate" olive oil form her farm as well, the production of the olive oil is limited and she'll give us a tasting prior to the dinner as well a complimentary glass of her Chianti.

Fett'Unta Toscana con Pomodorini freschi, Fagioli and Crema di Peperoni (Trio of garlic and olive oil Bruschetta with Tomatoes, Cannelini Beans and rosemary, Sweet Peppers sauce)

Sedani Ripieni (stuffed celery with eggs, veal and cheese)
Insalata Funghi crudi e Rucola (lemon, raw shaved mushroom and Parmigiano salad)
Pappardelle ai Funghi(Fresh Homemade Pappardelle Pasta with Porcini and Oyster Mushroom)
Bistecca alla Fiorentina(aged 2 inch thick Prime rib and T-bone steak on charcoal with fresh olive oil)
Pesce al Sale al Rosmarino(Sea salt crusted Branzino with rosemary and lemon oil)
Spinaci Saltati (garlic sauted Spinach)
Gelato all'olio di oliva, Cantucci and Water Melon
As always is a BYOB event, so feel free to bring your Favorite tuscan wine, it shouldn't be hard since there are many available.
The price for the special al fresco will be $85+hst per person
