Here is the first draft of the menu directly from Massimo!

L'antipasto,
Frittelle delle langhe (milk fritters)
Bagna cauda (milk, butter and anchovies fondue with raw vegetables)
Minestra di ceci e costine di maiale(cheak peas soup with pork ribs)

Il primo,
Tajarin al tartufo(homemade egg noodles with fresh truffles)
Agnolotti alla piemontese (stuffed pasta with braised meat)

Il secondo,
Brasato al barolo (veal or beef braised in barolo wine)

Il contorno,
Finocchi alla piemotese(baked fennel and fontina)

Il dolce
Bonnet alla piemontese(amaretti and vanilla dessert) served with gianduiotti chocolate
