Hello everyone,

It has been a busy time for the Massimo Bruno team as we gear up or next Tuesday's Eat, Drink & Give Fundraiser for Haiti next week. A great event for a great cause, hope to see you there!

Okay now on to the yummy stuff, we are getting close to our first ­Calabria event (Friday February 12th) and many of you haven't yet committed to attend, well perhaps this menu will change you mind! ­Calabria is a wonderful region with lots of culinary choices and I think that Massimo has really chosen well with this menu, have a look and ­RSVP today. I can't wait to see you all soon.

Antipasti

  • Polpette di ricotta alla silana (Ricotta balls)
  • Pizza or Calzone Calabrese stuffed with tuna, olives and capers
  • Pizza or Calzone Calabrese stuffed sausage with rapini
  • Artisanal Sopressata calabrese(sweet and spicy salami) served on bruschetta
  • Homemade Pickled eggplant with peppers

  • Lagane e ceci (fettucine with chickpeas)
  • Fusilli alla silana (with porcini and sausage sauce)

  • Cernia alla calabrese(baked Grouper with wine and capers)
