What topics are you interested in studying?

I am really into the classics of analysis and probability. I would also be interested in Stats and machine learning.

What are your favorite books/papers on these subjects?

Analysis : Royden ed 3 NOT 4., Probability : Ash, Rosenthal Stats:Wilcox, Freedman, Machine Learning: Hastie et al, Bayesian Reasoning by David Barber or Probabilistic Graphical Models by Sophie Koller. Maybe we could go through Bishop's Pattern Rec and ML book at some point.

Do you use these skills in your work?

How many times per week can you meet?

once a week. Not THurs.

Trained in physics, worked a quant.
