Striving to make this a supportive meetup accessible to everyone who is interested in developing and maintaining fitness while playing in the outdoors. If you're like me, going to the gym regularly may not be very interesting to you. We have a wonderful opportunity to do everything from hiking, biking, climbing, Water outdoors Activities, even Group Social gatherings.
Our goals is to focus on using our activities for fitness. Yes, we want to have fun hiking, biking, kayaking, climbing, etc., but we also want to take it beyond the recreational pace of many of the other great meetup groups already out there. Often this may mean that we have a distance or time we want to push toward finishing, or we may make it a multi-activity meetup. We may also include some resistance activities in addition to our cardio.
Just come try out something new and have some fun while you're at it!
