Maum Meditation is a life changing meditation method aimed at discovering one's inner truth through a clearing of the mind to reveal our true nature.

Other Meditation techniques ask you to "still the mind" or "to become one with the universe", without giving you the tools on how to reach those states of mind. Maum meditation shows you the exact process of achieving those hard to reach states of "no mind" and greater awakening. By removing the barriers that keep us from experiencing true enlightenment we begin to expand our consciousness, find true peace, and gain everlasting freedom from the chains of the false ego.

We hold regular introductory sessions so you can meet some of the current students, advisers and ask any questions you may have.
