Tai Chi

Ray Sol, Tai Chi instructor, will introduce Tai Chi warm-up and

balancing exercises that will prepare you for hiking

and improve your flexibility. He will demonstrate

several Qigong breathing movements to help

restore fresh oxygen in your muscles. Allow 4

hours. Meet at Gateway Trailhead by 8:45 a.m.

 

The McDowell Sonoran Conservancy is a non-profit conservation organization that relies on more than 400 volunteers to help protect and promote the McDowell Sonoran Preserve.  We do this in so many ways- from trail building to patrolling the trails, guiding hikes, education, and research.

We need your help!  The Preserve is growing by 10 square miles in the next year and we need volunteers to help keep the Preserve protected. Sign up today at www.mcdowellsonoran.org

Dogs are welcome in the Preserve but only service dogs are permitted on guided hikes.
