On a business trip to Hong Kong until end of May. Have always been interested in vegetarian food and this is a n opportunity to learn more from you all. Not reading Chinese, I am at a loss on buying food so need help.
Had a great time. I want to keep coming back to try all the dishes on the menu. i amamazed how they can use plant based foods to make it look like meat dishes, but a lot healthier for you. Very clever.
