Winter Holiday (Vegan) Potluck Party!

Let's get together for a good old fashion holiday party! Whether you're celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, the Solstice, Festivus, a winter harvest, or something else entirely, there's always good reason to get together and enjoy good food with good people!

Join us on December 8th at 7pm for a (vegan) potluck open to everyone--regardless of denomination (or lack thereof) or diet.

Please bring one dish (vegan, so everyone can enjoy it), a utensil to serve it with, and a little sign noting what it is. Drinks will be provided. And guests are more than welcome, too (please just note how many you'll have on your RSVP).

p.s. Weather-permitting, we may also make a small bonfire. :)

Thank you Matt and Lara for opening up your lovely home to us! It was great to meet such an eclectic group of people while enjoying the holiday season in a delicious and humane way. I'm up for recipe exchange in a cooking club type of way. I can host the first one if people are interested in learning how to make Thai curry.

Hi Annalisa, I would love to learn how to make Thai curry. If you are interested in teaching, please sign me up. I loved your dish. (Amy)

Yeah, I would like to do more with curry also. I make some stuff, but pretty basic. Always great to learn more.

I'm bring vegan pizzas, and copies of the 1st Vegan Pizza Cookbook, "Heart Healthy Pizza," to make available at a holiday discount and autographed to whomever! I don't get to do this too often (bring pizzas to an event), so this is personally "way cool." Wish I known earlier that I'm only an hour away in PA.

My first time meeting everyone. Matt, Lara, thanks for everything. The bonfires were an extra added touch. And to everyone- the food was fabulous. Hope to see everyone again soon.

Made only more marvelous by all those awesome pizzas! Can't wait to start using the cookbook! Also, you left your sample copy at my house. If you email me your address, I'll drop it in the mail for you.

Had a great time. What are the chances my husband and I could host a Post-Holiday potluck at our home?

Chances are 100 percent! That would be awesome. I was actually going to ask last night if anyone else wanted to host something soon, but forgot. E-mail me separately ([masked]) and we can take it from there.

After the pot luck dinner, I'm planning on going to a show by The Reagan Years at Champion Billiards Sports Cafe. Anyone interested in joining me? http://www.thereaganyears.com/s... They are a good band, I have seen them before.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
