Burger Dinner at Tera V

  • February 28, 2013 · 7:00 PM

For those who don't get all that excited about veggie burgers, I hear you, but Tera V really does surpass expectations. If you haven't tried it, it's time!

We'll all sit together in a long table--great for socializing.

Menu (all vegan)

You don't choose, you get all of this:

Half No Bull Burger. (The best veggie burger around. Many customers do not realize it's not meat.)

Half Tempeh Burger. Organic tempeh, smoky barbeque sauce.

Half Tofurky Sandwich--a deli slice sandwich. (Our first time trying this item.)

Cost: $9.50/ diner including tax and tip, cash only.

Any drinks and fries you order will be at additional cost and 20% off regular price.

A little scattered, felt weird to have to ask for water, but the food was very good

I am still only on the waiting list. Please cancel me now on the waiting list, as I have two friends to dine with me, and Tera V is full already; so we have decided to dine at Dharma Kitchen instead. If there is any problem, I shall pay for it. Thanks! Wiishing you a happy gathering and good meal at Tera V. Kwan.

Waiting list means not on the attendee list yet, so you will not be expected to pay since you are not yet registered for the event.

question- are only half portion of burgers served? A no bull burger is 5.99, grilled Tofurkey sandwich 4.99, Fiesta Tempeh Burger 7.29, the most expensive is The Barbecue Tempeh Burger at 7.49. Happened to walk by last Wed. and grabbed a small menu card. These are full burger prices ! Why a half burger at a big price ? are extras included drinks and dessert?

hmm, interesting how the wait list is operating, count me out!

Hi Lorna, the wait list is the first to get notified of spaces and it helps in letting us know more people want in, which causes us to ask the restaurant to allow more diners to attend. But wait listers are not added automatically in order when spaces become available. We would LOVE to add wait listers automatically but it results in us having many people on the attendee list who don't end up showing up because they did not get the email notification that they had been added to the event. It's been chaos for us in the past.

Oh that is too bad the automatic wait list doesn't work with this group. Oh well, will just have to get signed up early next time. :)

“It’s immediately obvious that Tera V Burger isn’t like other fast-food joints. You won’t find burger patties made of ground beef, pink slime, or mystery fish here. Indeed, the menu board at Kitsilano’s newest vegetarian eatery encourages patrons: “Ask to make it vegan!”” http://georgiastraight.tumblr.com/post/27005053929/its-immediately-obvious-that-tera-v-burger-isnt

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
