Message from a Member:

Dear all,
I was wondering if you can give me tips on affordable grocery stores that have a variety of vegetarian options that is near Yaletown/downtown. I am making my slow transition into being a vegetarian gradually and permanently.
I quit red meat two years ago and not looking back at all, and on my way to quitting poultry too, but need food alternatives as there are very few foods I actually like. If I find a convenient and affordable place to shop for vegetarian options, I can stop eating poultry immediately, so any help in this will be very appreciated. I don't mean just regular vegetables, but alternatives to chicken and meat, like veggie burgers for example, but healthier.
