Looking to get grounded. Learn exercises that make me stronger, emotionally and physically.
Yes. I used to practice Tai Chi, Qigong and Taoist yoga in my early twenties. I don't remember the name of forms, as its been many years since I last practiced.
I'm a 37 year old man. I live in Hollywood with a wife and child, another on the way. I work on television shows and documentaries as a camera operator and producer.
