I would like to start a group for people who are interested in all aspects of the Middle Ages- history, literature, art, architecture, music, daily life, etc. I'm fairly open about what types of activities to have, from a reading group focusing on primary texts, to trivia nights, to informal movie nights, to field trips to related museum exhibits and concerts. I have an academic background in medieval studies and would like this group to be a safe environment for nerdy people like me to showcase their knowledge of the dead languages and obscure historical facts that made the Middle Ages so awesome.
