This is a group for anyone who are interested in meditation or metaphysics. We will be practicing all different forms of Meditation. I welcome new or expert meditators, as well as, some who are just curious about discussions of metaphysics.
Each meetup we will have quick conversation of 15 minutes. We, then, will meditate for 30 to 45 minutes. Afterward, we will have open forum of various topics that are appropriate. The discussion may include meditation, health, life issues, as well as metaphysical, spiritual nature.
This meetup is to help and support emotional, organic and spiritual well being. Practicing meditation will help overcome everyday challenges that may come across in our paths. I am positive that the meetup will help you get out from drama and trauma. It will help you achieve goals in your life in much more rapid success. It will help clear the mind to become peaceful and joyful.
