Come join us for this weekly class on Buddhist meditation. The class is an ongoing series but each class is self contained and you are welcome to drop in when you are able. In each class we do some relaxation meditation, hear a teaching on Buddhist philosophy, and meditate on the topic. The topics are meant to be directly applicable to our life and assist us in reducing stress and increasing our happiness.
$10 per person, $5 for senior and students. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Pay at the door.
