The New Kadampa Tradition is a western Buddhist tradition brought from Tibet by meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. It is based on Tibetan Buddhism but is presented in a way that is more accessible and applicable to western people. This class is a branch of the Kadampa Meditation Center in Seattle.
