Weekly meeting event for people interested in learning how to meditate and apply Buddhist philosophy to everyday life. Most events take place in English.
Each class is self-contained and lasts one and a half hours. The evening starts with a guided breathing meditation, and is followed by a talk about an aspect of Buddhist philosophy, and then a second meditation. The class finishes with light refreshments and the opportunity for discussion and questions.
