Bridging the Gap: Balancing Right Brain Living with a Left Brain Mind

Bridging the Gap: Balancing Right Brain Living with a Left Brain Mind

Do you find yourself getting trapped in over analytical mind chatter as you attempt to explore holistic health solutions, meditation practices or other metaphysical paths along your journey?  Do you or a love one battle with physical health issues that are not being resolved despite your efforts through traditional means or alternative care?

Dr. Jeff Kowachik will be sharing his own experiences of trying to adapt to the expanded awareness in the world that he has gained along his spiritual journey, while still being able to maintain a semblance of order in his life and his medical practice. He will share how he overcame his struggles with left brain thinking as he learned to open up to right brain living. He will also share how he learned that part of his life's purpose is to be a bridge for others in overcoming these same challenges in life as they follow their own spiritual journey and demonstrate the techniques that helped him to do so.

He will be demonstrating/discussing: Quantum Neurology/Brain Balancing Therapy; Medical Intuition and Body Language Interpretation; “What if...” thinking technique to break through left brain paralysis; and Meditation to calm a complicated mind.

Dr. Jeff is a licensed chiropractor that has advanced training in Diagnostic Nutrition, Functional Medicine and Quantum Neurology as well as a degree in Mathematics. Through “What if ….” thinking he has broken through his own barriers and has helped others make significant breakthroughs in their health, spiritual awareness, self sabotage patterns and many other areas of their lives. His healing techniques incorporate both western and eastern methods allows the use of testing and examination that patients coming from left brain thinking patterns understand and helps them to grasp and embrace how things like energy medicine, muscle testing, meditation, etc can not only help but excel at empowering individuals to heal themselves.

“Complicated minds seek and attract complicated answers and the trick is to learn how to uncomplicated your view of the world and recognize the simplicity in life.” states Dr. Jeff .

The healing methods he employs are focused on balancing brain hemispheric activity in very simple and easy to apply ways that often seem amazing but are founded on traditional neurology and physiology principles. These methods are based on principles he learned from studying the works of Dr. Bruce Lipton PhD, Gregg Braden, Dr. Mark Hyman FMD, Alberto Villoldo, Dr. D.D. Palmer, DC, Kirk Duncan, and Dr. Ted Carrick the founder of Functional Neurology. Dr. Jeff's work truly bridges the gap between Western scientific methods and Holistic/Metaphysical applications.

We begin with brief introductions and then a short practice of Meditation (will train).  Then Jeff will talk.  We will end at 8:30 with tea and cookies.  $5 Love Offering requested.  Bring you curiosity, thoughts and friendship!  See you then

Very interesting talk. I learned a lot about how energy and information moves and how it is interfered with. Now I have lots of questions. Thanks for inspiring me to find more clarity in this area.

Thank you, so much, for sharing with us today, Dr. Kowachik. The contact I mentioned is Dr. Paul Thomas. He is the director of education for the American Functional Neuoroly Center. Perhaps you can connect.

I'm fascinated with the power and empowerment that can come from paradigm shifting, especially as an "overthinker-er".
