I set intention to practice two or more times a day, rare is it a day goes by I don't at least once. Even if its just to experience a lot of thoughts , and be easy with whats there, this is the essence of mindfulness practice. It can range from 15 minutes to hours depending on what is there and the tool Im using. Keep in mind four years ago I couldn't sit still or still the thoughts for more than a few minute. Michael, the founder of this group (sangha) and his "in plain English" delivery has really helped to understand what the Buddha likely taught and its great to develop a rewarding practice in a short time.
A community sharing a similar desire to learn and develop and fulfill the path of enlightenment
The Journey seems to get better and better the more I give time for it,and let go of false views. There is no right way.
Hello! I've been practicing for three years consistently, and I'm not without my fair share of stress and suffering, yet somehow with proper view and a developing practice, things are clearer and there is more ease and joy than ever before....
