This workshop combines the fun and excitement of a drum circle with a chakra meditation using sound resonance toning and ending with a guided meditation using light energy for grounding & clearing.

Participants are lead through a series of drumming and meditation exercises designed to be a powerful gateway into your inner self, opening your heart and feeding your soul.

Drumming naturally brings one into the relaxed state of meditation and naturally awakens our creativity and helps to expand our heart.

So join us for an afternoon of connection and celebration.
