Whether you’re an experienced meditation practitioner or just want to learn, we invite the Coralville/Iowa City/North Liberty community to join our one-hour meditation group each Wednesday afternoon from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. at our location at 2781 Oakdale Blvd (northwest corner of Hwy 965 and Oakdale Blvd.)
We begin with a 10-minute reading or talk focused on the tradition of Insight Meditation or Buddhist philosophy. We then continue with a 30-minute, silent sitting meditation. Then, if you like, stay for a 15-20 minute discussion or question/answer session. We close our Wednesday afternoon sessions at 5:00 p.m.
