Mindfulness Group Meditation Every Thursday. The purpose of this group (sponsored by The Mindfulness Foundation) is, as the Buddha said, to seek out "wise and beneficial friends" who support us and our Mindfulness practice. Namely, we are a group of people, who come together to quietly learn Mindfulness sitting practice, support each other in our lives' journeys and celebrate the joy of mindfulness in our lives. We range from those interested in exploring meditation to experienced practitioners supporting each others personal and spiritual development by coming to (and becoming a regular part of) a weekly meditation group.
