If you’re ready to be kind to yourself, join us. Sit in a chair, close your eyes and be in the stillness. We meet the second Saturday morning each month to explore the nature of the personality and the nature of being itself. With awareness as a tool we study the mind-body process as well as the experience of stillness. As is traditional for mindfulness meditation teachings, there is no fee for the teacher. Please contribute $15 to cover costs. New to meditation or short on time? Our gatherings begin with a meditation session and a talk.
