On this Monday evening, Lou Carcasole, Event Host will guide you in the practice of Mindfulness to reduce your stress and experience the profound feeling of inner peace and calmness within your own mind.
He will be leading a one hour gathering consisting of some discussion related to meditation and a 30 - 40 minute guided meditation.

The objectives are: to provide ongoing support to those already with a meditation practice; as an introduction for those interested in Mindfulness Meditation; and to make a contribution towards the creation of community.
There is no cost for Monday evening meditations, although those who are able and wish to do so can make an anonymous donation to support this work.
