In order to be Happy, You have to:
Clear your Past from trauma(s) or mini-traumas,
Do Forgiveness work,
Empower your Inner Child,
Learn to be Positive and to Love yourself,
Create better Future, and
Do Fun Activities to stay Happy (Laughter Yoga, Movies, Dance, Parties, etc.)
For brave people this will be much shorter journey, for others much longer.
