Studied mindfulness meditation in the past. I found it quite useful.
I am curious about trying out different forms of meditation, yoga, laughter yoga, the lot. It all seems to be quite useful.
One week of mindfulness meditation, and I did one short course in yoga at U of T. These were both some time ago.
Haven't meditated in a while. Could use the practice. Fine artist in my spare time.
