Studied mindfulness meditation in the past. I found it quite useful.

What got you interested in exploring meditation? Are you interested in improving your life?

I am curious about trying out different forms of meditation, yoga, laughter yoga, the lot. It all seems to be quite useful.

Please say something about your experience of being in meditation. (OK to say 'never')

One week of mindfulness meditation, and I did one short course in yoga at U of T. These were both some time ago.


Haven't meditated in a while. Could use the practice. Fine artist in my spare time.
