I work in book publishing, spending long hours editing and working and socializing.
Lately work has become increasingly stressful and I've found myself needing some strategies to cope and overcome. I do yoga and am interested in living a more mindful, a more conscious life.
My experience has been minimal, and I struggle to build consistency on my own. I hope guided meditation will help develop skills.
I'm a professional in the city who, like many people here, works too much and struggles to maintain a work-life balance. I'm hoping to expand my social circle, meet some like-minded people, and develop some new skills to manage my stress.
