This group has been started in order to teach people some techniques to reduce stress and improve their health and well being. This group offers free guided meditation and breathing technique sessions. This group also offers free intro sessions for the Art of Living course. The Art of Living foundation is an international educational humanitarian organization present in 140 counties around the world. All are welcome for these sessions!!
