Here is the meditation/Kriya sequence we did yesterday for Kundalini awakening:1 Long slow deep breaths in and out,pushing past the point of inhale and exhale you think u can do.put attention on third eye. Do this 7 times. 2 Bastrika: suck navel into back and exhale forcefully. 21 times,don't move shoulders. 3 Sit on floor and comfortable position.Put hands on knees,with legs folded.Inhale,push navel bk to back,and throat to chest in a locked position,inhale and hold breath as long as possible,but stay comfortable.Then let go of locks and exhale as long and slow as possible,release. Do this 7 times.4. Breath of fire: inhale and exhale in short strong bursts,do this for 30 seconds to 1 minute.Relax,just sit with eyes closed,and enjoy witnessing consciousness!
