Oh, the holidays! We enjoy the holiday season, but it can also be a stressful time of year. During this series, we can take a break from the busy-ness of the holiday season and find refreshment within our own peace of mind.
"Unwind your mind" with the simple meditations and advice for a stress-free life presented in these sessions.
Everyone is welcome.
Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation and the Liberating Prayer. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.
