Karma: A User's Guide
"Karma" is a word that many people use but few people really understand. When Buddha used the word karma to explain how certain actions produce certain effects, his original intention was to help people avoid unnecessary problems and pains and find fulfillment and happiness. In this series of practical meditations and teachings on karma, we'll come to understand what karma really means and how we can utilize our understanding to create a better life.
Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation and the Liberating Prayer. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.
