The New Year is a time for self-improvement and starting new habits. Why not start a new habit of generating patience, peace, and compassion every day? These three states of mind are the very foundation of our happiness. When we have them, we enjoy a meaningful life and we naturally benefit others.
During this class series, Linda Atkinson will explain how we can increase our inner peace by systematically developing deeper patience and compassion using traditional Buddhist meditations. Everyone is welcome to attend, no experience necessary. Drop in for any class.
