Mindfulness for Busy People: Finding Peace of Mind in a Stressed Out World
Living in a busy world does not mean you need to have a busy mind. By learning simple meditation and mindfulness techniques, you can enjoy mental clarity and inner peace. Even if your world is busy, you can find quiet within your own mind. Everyone is welcome to attend this half-day course.
Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.
