Peaceful & Positive: How to Be Happy No Matter What
In this follow-up series to Gen Nyema’s “How to Get Unstuck” half-day course, Kelsang Tabkay will explain how we can learn to change our minds from a negative state to a positive state, regardless of what’s happening around us. Although it takes time and effort, once we know how to be peaceful and positive even in challenging circumstances, we’ll realize that finding happiness is easy. Everyone welcome.
Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.
