Anger Solves Nothing: Finding Alternatives to Anger and Blame

Anger Solves Nothing:

Finding Alternatives to Anger and Blame

October 2:  Nothing good comes from retaliation

October 9:  Are you waiting in ambush?

October 16:  A sense of consideration

October 23:  The blame stops here

* No classes 29th and 30th (Portugal)

November 6:  Aiming to be the first to get the best

November 13:  The inner demon of pride

November 20:  Improving our intention

* No classes 26th and 27th (Thanksgiving)

Even though we have a good heart, certain people and certain situations seem to trigger feelings of anger and blame.  When anger takes over, it's easy to do or say things that are difficult to take back.  Using Buddha's skillful teachings and meditations on recognizing and overcoming anger, however, we can learn to stop the "blame game" and replace our anger with peace.
