How can we improve ourselves in a way that is systematic and creates measurable progress in a comfortable way, without pushing? The "six perfections" are six methods for improving our peace of mind and reducing bad habits. We will learn to improve our ability to love others purely, to improve our sense of integrity and dignity, to abandon our anger, and to create a deep and lasting inner peace. 


This series is the second of two in which we will explore a short text known as "Advice from Atisha's Heart." Atisha's "Advice" was originally given several centuries ago, but it is still just as applicable today in our modern, busy world as it was in the past.
