Freedom from Negativity: How to Overcome Negative States of Minds
Everyone would like to be peaceful and happy all the time, but our negative states of mind frequently interfere with our inner peace. How do we identify and overcome states of mind such as anger or unwanted compulsive habits? During this series of classes derived from the ancient wisdom of Buddhism, learn to recognize and find inner freedom some of our most common negative states of mind. Everyone is welcome.
Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation and the Liberating Prayer. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A. Class will end with Prayers for World Peace.
