Seven Steps to a More Meaningful Life:  Meditations to Make Our Mind Peaceful and Our Life Rich

Seven Steps

What do humility, respect, honesty about our mistakes, generosity, rejoicing in the good qualities of others, cherishing others, and an improvement mind-set have to do with each other?  Cultivating these seven good qualities are seven steps we can take to make our life meaningful, happy, and rich.

During this series of classes and meditation, we will examine the spiritual practice called “the seven limbs” and learn how these “limbs,” or good qualities, help us each day to fulfill our wish to decrease our negative states of mind and increase our happiness and peace of mind.

Everyone is welcome to attend.

Class Format

Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation and the Liberating Prayer. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
