Meditations for Controlling Our Mind
Our experience of happiness is determined by how we think and act. What if we could improve the quality of our life and our relationships just by reshaping our thoughts and intentions?
By learning a series of simple meditations presented in the Lamrim, or “Stages of the Path to Enlightenment”, and living in accordance with the insights we gain from these meditations, we will experience greater happiness and derive much more meaning from our life.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation and the Liberating Prayer. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.
