Making Relationships Better: Dealing with Challenging People and Relationships

Making Relationships Better:  Dealing with Challenging People and Relationships

September 30:  The blame game
October 7: Getting our way
October 14: Faults?!  What faults?
October 21: The faults of inner enemies
October 28: The peace of humility

Unless you’re already an enlightened being, you have at least one or two relationships in your life that could be a little better.  Maybe it’s a relationship with a family member, significant other, or ex.  Maybe it’s a relationship at work.  Wherever difficult relationships occur in our life, stress, irritation, unhappiness, and disappointment are quick to follow.

During this series, we’ll explore what happens to make a relationship go sour and how to improve it. While we may never be able to change the other person, we can certainly change our own mind, leading us to a greater peace within that challenging relationship.

Class Format

Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation and the Liberating Prayer. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.  Class will end with Prayers for World Peace.

Everyone welcome; no experience necessary.  Drop in for any class.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
