Meditation in Middletown

Group Meditation led by Bob Vinci in a relaxed, comfortable, open and friendly setting. First-time meditators are welcome, as are those who are experienced. The simple technique we use is always happily explained. Each session lasts an hour, but newer meditators may practice at whatever duration is comfortable. People have join us for stress reduction, self-healing, mind-sharpening, expanding consciousness and deepening spirituality, finding success with these and more! 10 to 20+ people regularly attend.     Hi Neva, Sorry for the confusion. On Boston Road from Washington Street, the second left will be Beverly Heights. Follow it down(hill) to the two brick buildings. #91 is the second building. You are welcomed to park in either the upper or lower lot, both of which will be on the right. Enter through the glass door on the front of the building and go straight back down the hall. The meditation space is on the right. Hope to see you soon!
