While I have practiced meditation for some time, I continue to be amazed by its power and its simplicity... beyond words.
Meditation on Thursdays is currently being offered for people who like to sit for an hour silence. You may sit on a cushion or chair. People are invited to come in early and talk with others. Doors open at 5 and meditation begins at 5:30 PM. Opportunity to process your experience afterward if you want to. Water and tea are available.
